Last week, the Youth Leadership Program participated in an activity focused on work ethic. The supervisor role was played by Eric. He quickly put his own personality into the role and took no time in thinking to fire one of his employees. There were four worker roles, two that were good workers and got the job done, and two that slacked off and did nothing. This activity was to teach us about work ethic and leadership skills which will benefit us when each of us the opportunity to lead the whole group on our own. Not only did we learn a lot about the importance of communication and respect for each other, we had a great time in doing so.
